Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

The short version

tyme does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, and no cookies. Your timezone preferences live in your browser and nowhere else.

Information we collect

None. tyme is a fully client-side application. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or any form of telemetry. We do not have a database, and our servers never see your data.

Local storage

When you add or rearrange clocks, tyme saves those preferences in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it entirely.

Chrome extension

If you install the tyme Chrome extension, your clock preferences may sync across browsers where you are signed in to Chrome. This sync is handled entirely by Google's Chrome Sync feature and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. tyme does not transmit your data to any server of its own.

Third-party services

tyme does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data processing services.

Children's privacy

tyme does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how tyme handles data, we will update this page. Given that tyme is client-side and collects nothing, we do not anticipate meaningful changes.
