By using tyme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
tyme is a free, browser-based world clock and timezone converter. It is provided as-is, without charge, and without requiring an account.
No warranty
tyme is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy using the IANA timezone database, we do not guarantee that timezone data will always be correct or up to date.
Limitation of liability
tyme shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to missed meetings, scheduling errors, or data loss from clearing browser storage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse tyme, attempt to reverse-engineer it for redistribution, or use it in violation of applicable laws.
Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue tyme at any time without notice. Given that the service is free and client-side, we do not anticipate disrupting changes.

If we update these terms, we will revise the date above and adjust the content on this page.
